Hearing or speech impairment - The National Relay Service (Australia) offers several communication options that enable calls to Australian organisations and government agencies. In a relay call, people who are d/Deaf, hard of hearing and/or have speech communication difficulty can communicate with hearing people using a phone without hearing or speaking. French town halls, including in New Caledonia and in Wallis and Futuna, issue French and multilingual civil registry documents for births, deaths and marriages. These documents must be requested directly with the registry services of the relevant town halls.
